• Health Requirement: The applicant must meet the Australian health requirement before applying for the visa.
• Character requirement: The visa subclass 103 applicant must meet the character requirement of the country.
• Debt to the Australian Government: One should not owe any money to the Australian government, and in case they have any, it must be paid back before the application.
• No previous visa cancellation: The applicant must not have any history of visa cancellation or visa refusal.
• Australian Values: Each applicant must have signed the Australian values statement.
